With the public holiday on October 31, 2019, residents of the Hanover region have plenty of reasons to take advantage of this unique offer.

Over the past four years, approximately 3,000 residents of the city and region of Hannover have stayed at “their” hotels. That’s a good reason for Hannover Marketing und Tourismus GmbH (HMTG) to relaunch this special offer again this year. From October 30 through November 3, all residents of the Hannover region are invited to vacation right where they live. Hans Christian Nolte, Managing Director of HMTG, invites residents to rediscover their own region once again: “This promotion is a great opportunity to get to know your local hotels and hosts. Especially with the holiday coming up, you can wind down the evening at the hotel bar after attending a play or concert.”

There are many reasons to turn your hometown into a vacation destination:
For soccer fans, the Hannover 96 vs. SV Sandhausen game is a great reason to stay overnight right near the stadium. Many other events, such as Halloween parties, the Hannover Wiesn, concerts, or exhibitions, also invite you to spend the night and the next morning in comfort at one of the hotels.
