Visiting Your City – Summer Special

Over the past five years, more than 3,500 residents of Hannover and the surrounding Region Hannover have stayed at “their” hotels. A little break from the daily grind is right on your doorstep, and—especially given the current situation—it can be a welcome change from staying at home.

Hans Christian Nolte, Managing Director of HMTG, commented: “This initiative sends a strong message that the tourism industry in Hannover is now sending as a responsible host. It’s a great opportunity to showcase the quality, reliability, and hospitality of our hotel industry. I warmly invite all residents of the region to see this for themselves and experience their home as a vacation destination.”

New: For the first time, family rooms are also available at a special rate. For an additional charge of €10 per room per night, two adults and one child (up to age 16) can stay in a triple room at one of the hotels.

With over 30 participating hotels, guests have a wide range of options to choose from. They can opt for a 5-star hotel in the city center or accommodations right along the hiking trail—or simply stay in different neighborhoods or towns during the promotion period. Brand new to the Holiday Region and already on board: the me and all hotel am Aegi, the IntercityHotel Hannover Hauptbahnhof-Ost, or the Akzent Hotel DÉJANIL in Burgdorf.
