WATERKANT – Along the German Coast (new)
The sound of the sea, the screech of seagulls, and the sea breeze—all of this is evoked by the Low German term “Waterkant.” The operator, with numerous locations and press houses along the German coast (Lübeck, Kiel, Rostock), will bring the typical North German way of life to the Maschsee. Thanks to local producers, the dishes are prepared primarily with products from the coast—including fine coastal wines.
Lindenblatt at the Maschsee Festival (new)
In collaboration with Aresto, the best of the “800 Grad” and “Lokal 4” restaurants will be brought together at the Maschseefest and brought to life in an innovative pop-up setting. The tradition of the Aresto stand will also continue with the Lindenblatt: fine wines will be served, and the popular winemaker’s evening on Tuesday will remain, with a new champagne bar added to the lineup.
Tulum – Enjoy Paradise (New)
Tulum is a town in Mexico located on the Riviera Maya. With its stunning beaches, lush jungle, authentic music, and a touch of spirituality, the owners take their guests on a mini-vacation to Mexico. Traditional local dishes, delicious mezcal cocktails, sunshine, and Latin American music bring that special spirit right to Lake Masch.
