Biking, hiking, horse-drawn carriage rides, live music, and more: The 13th Deister Day on May 10, 2020, invites you to explore Hanover’s local mountain range. Visitors can also look forward to an appealing mix of adventure, information, and excitement.

On September 13, 2020, the entire Hanover region will invite visitors to explore and discover nearly 40 destinations. The central gathering point for the 33rd Discovery Day will be the large Discovery Day festival in downtown Hanover.

Local and international music, a double fireworks display right over the water, and plenty of activities for children and families are on the agenda for the Festive Weekend, taking place August 21–23, 2020, on the north and south shores of the Steinhuder Meer—Hannover’s local lake.
