SUREX

SUREX was founded in 1989 with the consent of the Ministry of the Interior in Warsaw and has been run as a family firm since 1993. Its motto is “Our Passion, Your Emotions.” The Polish team focuses on the technical design and implementation of large-scale musical fireworks displays for special occasions, such as the opening of the Polish Olympic Training Centre in Szczyrk in 2014, the celebrations for the city anniversary of Wroclaw and the Tall Ship Races in Gdynia. They have also won countless prizes at international competitions: in 2012, the team finished in 3rd place at the Shanghai International Music Fireworks Festival, in 2012 and 2014 it won 1st and 2nd place at the International Fireworks Competition in Pohang/South Korea. Since 2008, SUREX has also organised the international Pyromagic Fireworks Festival in Szczecin, at which three international teams compete against one another at the start of August every year.
