May 16, 2026: Denmark - Højen & Magic Fyrværkeri ApS

Team Denmark

Højen & Magic Fyrværkeri ApS has been one of Denmark's leading fireworks companies for more than 30 years. The team produces classic fireworks for weddings, city festivals and anniversaries, but has specialized in pyromusicals in particular and is now considered the most experienced provider in this field. Their shows characterize renowned events such as the pyromusicals at Tivoli in Copenhagen, fireworks at Legoland Bill or the Aalborg Carnival - the largest in Northern Europe. The team last impressed internationally in 2024 with successes in Pamplona and Knokke-Heist. A special milestone was the largest fireworks display in Danish history: over 6,000 ignition points at the Tall Ships Races 2022 in Aalborg. Precision and creativity have made the team a household name in European pyrotechnics.

May 30, 2026: Norway - Pyroteknikk AS

Team Norway

Pyroteknikk AS was formed in 2023 through the merger of Pyroteknikk.no AS and Engelsrud Fyrverkeri AS, a long-established company with roots dating back to 1949. What began as a supplier of training materials for the Norwegian Army has grown into one of Scandinavia’s leading fireworks suppliers—importing products from China, Spain, and Italy.
Today, Pyroteknikk is known for spectacular comprehensive concepts: from classic fireworks and pyrotechnics to lasers, special effects, and drones. Each year, the team produces around 100 shows and more than 500 productions—both nationally and internationally. Whether at competitions like the Pyronale in Berlin or on major tours, precision, creativity, and passion make Pyroteknikk one of the leading names in the art of fireworks in Norway.

August 15, 2026: Finland - Suomen Pyrotekniikka (SPT)

Team Finland

Founded in 2003 by cousins Aki and Simo Niittymäki, Suomen Pyrotekniikka Oy has grown to become Finland’s largest fireworks company in just two decades. With nearly 300 shows per year, the team is now a leading force in the industry—a notable record was setting 67 fireworks displays in a single day on New Year’s Eve 2019. SPT is also a household name internationally: three-time Finnish champion and multiple award winner at prestigious competitions, including victories in Riga (2017) and Courchevel (2020). At the Pyronale in Berlin in 2023, the team secured 2nd place and the Audience Award.
The largest fireworks display in Finnish history was unforgettable: the impressive production marking the 100th anniversary of independence on December 31, 2016, in Helsinki. Precision, passion, and a spirit of innovation make SPT one of the leading representatives of European pyrotechnic art today.
