Parking

It couldn't be more convenient: there are currently around 6,100 parking spaces for cars in the Greater Hannover Transport Authority (GVH) area. All Park + Ride facilities can be used free of charge and are open around the clock. The Park + Ride facilities are located in the immediate vicinity of the stops and transfer stations, making it easier to switch from private cars to local rail transport.

For those who cannot do without a car, there are numerous parking facilities available in Hanover's city center.
