The Tourist Information office on Ernst-August-Platz has a permanently installed induction loop at the counter. A staff member activates it as needed and makes it available to visitors.

There is also a permanently installed induction loop at the information desk in the New City Hall. 

An induction loop is a technical aid for people who use hearing aids or cochlear implants. It transmits speech wirelessly and with minimal interference directly to the hearing aid, reducing background noise and making conversations much easier to understand.
