No. The public toilets are located on the first floor of the New Town Hall. - Can I sign up for the tower tour?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to sign up or make a reservation for the tower tour. You should always expect a wait. We ask that larger groups of 10 or more people who would like to take a tower tour after 4:30 p.m. be sure to call in advance to check the current wait time. The rides will take place in the event of rain. In the event of thunderstorms, the lifts will be closed immediately. Opening times may also vary depending on the weather if temperatures are below 10°C. - Is the dome covered?
The dome and the waiting area are only partially covered. Please ensure that you wear suitable clothing, sun protection and hydrate yourself according to the weather conditions. - What waiting times should I expect?
Waiting times vary greatly and are unfortunately unpredictable. You will always be informed of the current waiting time at our counter when you buy your tickets. - When does the waiting period start for me?
The waiting time begins for you as soon as you are in the queue. Unfortunately, it is not possible to make a reservation for a fixed time. - Why are there waiting times?
The elevator can only transport a maximum of 6 visitors at a time. Therefore, to avoid empty rides and thus longer waiting times, please divide into groups of 6 in the waiting area and follow the instructions of the staff. - How long can you stay on the tower?
We recommend a maximum stay of 20 minutes during opening hours. - Are dogs allowed?
Unfortunately no dogs or other pets be taken along. - Who gets a discount?
Discounts are available for children aged 5 and over, schoolchildren, students, trainees and severely disabled persons with ID. - Is there a discount with the HannoverCard?
Yes, with the HannoverCard, you save 20% off the regular price. - Is there another way to get to the dome besides the elevator?
No. Only the elevator is available for visitors. - Is smoking or drinking alcohol allowed in the dome?
Smoking and the consumption of alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited in the waiting area, throughout the dome, and inside the building.
