Our information desk at the New City Hall, 1 Platz der Menschenrechte, is also open from April 1 through October 31, Monday through Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays from 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
