What does the service cost?

Our independent advice on organizing, obtaining quotes and booking for your event is free of charge.

Is the service only available for major events or can it also be used for other types of events?

We at the Hannover Convention Bureau are here to assist you with any type of event—whether it’s a private celebration (anniversaries, birthdays, weddings), a workshop, or an interview with a small group, or a large kickoff event, a staff meeting, or a conference with several hundred participants.

Do you also provide artist and catering services?

No, we do not work with any artist agencies or catering companies. Please book this service directly with the location or book it yourself.

Can I bring my own caterer?

This depends on the location. Some venues allow you to bring your own caterer or use the in-house catering, while others do not allow external catering.

Can I view the locations or the event room in advance?

Once we’ve provided you with a quote, we’d be happy to schedule a personalized site inspection for you. Want to get a good sense of the property beforehand? You can explore many of our properties through 360° photos.

Do you also offer to arrange overnight accommodation?

In partnership with the Accommodation Service, we also offer a free service to help you find hotels and private accommodations.
