SteyrFire

The Austrian team "SteyrFire" competed in the 27th International Fireworks Competition at the Herrenhausen Gardens on June 10.

What began as a hobby was turned into a professional venture in 1995 when René Langer and Kurt Reichenpfader founded steyrFire. Since its founding, the company has focused primarily on musical fireworks displays, with a promising mix of classical, funk, rock, and pop music taking center stage. They have already demonstrated their quality through a wide variety of commissions and competitions. Their show for the opening of “Linz09 – European Capital of Culture” garnered significant international attention.

Take a look at these photos of the fireworks here:

The team's achievements include first place at the Potsdam Fireworks Symphony in 2007, 2008, and 2015; first place at the Festival International d’Art Pyrotechnique in France; and second place at the Malta International Fireworks Festival in 2014.
