SUREX

The Polish team "SUREX" competed in the 27th International Fireworks Competition at the Herrenhausen Gardens on September 2.

SUREX was founded in 1989 with the approval of the Ministry of the Interior in Warsaw and has been run as a family business since 1993 under the motto “Our Passion, Your Emotions.” The Polish team focuses on the technical design and execution of large-scale musical fireworks displays for special occasions, such as the opening of the Polish Olympic Training Center in Szczyrk in 2014, the city anniversary celebrations in Wrocław, and the Tall Ship Races in Gdynia.

Take a look at these photos of the fireworks here:

They have also achieved considerable success in international competitions: in 2012, the team took third place at the Shanghai International Music Fireworks Festival, and in 2012 and 2014, they took first and second place at the International Fireworks Competition in Pohang, South Korea. Since 2008, SUREX has also been the organizer of the international Pyromagic Fireworks Festival in Szczecin, where three international teams compete against each other every year in early August.
