Maschsee Festival: Schedule for July 24

7:40 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.: The NP Finals Party with Radio Bollerwagen

On the first Friday of the Maschsee Festival in 2026, the Neue Presse will host the award ceremonies for the finals. That Friday will feature a total of 15 disciplines being honored on the Maschsee stage—from rowing to ju-jitsu to flag football. At 7:40 p.m., NP Editor-in-Chief Carsten Bergmann will open the proceedings on stage, and the award ceremonies will continue until 9 p.m. Afterward, Radio Bollerwagen will take over with a Malle party.

9:00 p.m. – 2:00 a.m.: DJ Skipper sets the tone for the HeimW at the Maschseefest

From house to Afrohouse, from hip-hop to pop: When DJ Skipper takes the reins, there’s no way anyone at the lake will be able to keep still.

Japan Meets Maschsee – HeimW brings a taste of Tokyo to the north shore with the finest sushi artistry.

7:00 p.m. – 2:00 a.m.: DJ Nax

With Afro House, Afrobeat, Latin sounds, hip-hop, and the biggest hits of the 2000s, DJ Nax creates the perfect soundtrack for long summer evenings right by the water.

We promise a booth that will transport you straight to the heart of Greece with its aesthetic beauty and enticing scents. 

8:00 p.m. – 2:00 a.m.: DJ Tommy

DJ Tommy, a resident star at Hannover's iconic EVE Klub, will be spinning the perfect beats at Maschsee.

2:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.: A variety of activities on the children's playground

• With fantastic creative activities from “Xie-Xie Leisure and Experiential Education for Children,” you can make wonderful party favors, get a temporary tattoo, and use your imagination to transform yourself into a lion, a princess, and much more with face painting.
• At “Hannover 96,” the soccer academy is where the young players of tomorrow are discovered! Alternatively, you can let off some steam at the dartboard.
• “Mattel” is presenting three fantastic play stations and a photo booth to capture unforgettable moments.
• "Hannover Zoo" will be stopping by with the walking act Tatzi and will have some fun activities and little gifts in store.

Legal guardians are responsible for supervising the children. A coffee cart serves up delicious specialty coffees!

6:00 p.m. – 1:00 a.m.: DJ Team E.Q.T.

The Finest Ibiza Beats vs. Live Drums: DJing meets live percussion. They’re back. With their performance, E.Q.T. already won over the ears and hearts of the party crowd at the Maschseefest in 2025.

3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.: Hannover Seamen's Choir

Seafaring songs straight from Hannover: shanties and songs about seafaring and life on the coast.

5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.: Lui & Fiete

Lui, accompanied by Fiete Petersen on the piano—that's some real coastal fun from the Waterkant!

7:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.: Dancing by the lake

Dance your way across the dance floor to atmospheric songs and classics.

8:30–9:30 p.m.: Jack Gelee

Jack Gelee describes himself as a harbor singer from Hamburg and a shell diver of the heart. However, he not only enchants hearts in his home town, but also at regular appearances on Mallorca and throughout Germany. 

5:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m.: Ladies' Night

Antenne Niedersachsen Ladies Night with DJ Michi Gürth.

7:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.: The Capt'n & Band

Get ready for a rousing mix of rock, pop, and legendary classics—performed live with energy, passion, and genuine stage presence. 

Dishes from more than 10 different countries: From the Food Highway to the Urban Garden and the Löwenbastion Show Plaza—there’s plenty to experience here! 

8:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.: Sweety Glitter & The Sweathearts

Sweety Glitter & The Sweethearts embody glam, rock ’n’ roll, and the sparkling lightheartedness of the ’70s.
With their infectious enthusiasm, extravagance, and plenty of charm, the band transforms the stage into a colorful celebration.

3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.: Under Pressure Trio

With traditional Irish folk songs, popular pub classics, and rousing melodies, the musicians create an evening full of joy and good cheer.

7:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.: Bad Penny

Bad Penny is known for authentic Irish and Celtic folk music full of passion, joy, and tradition. With a successful blend of well-known folk classics, atmospheric ballads, and lively pub songs, the band takes its audience on a musical journey through Ireland and the Celtic regions of Europe.

The musical experience is complemented by a selection of traditional Irish specialties—from hearty Irish stew to Guinness, cider, and authentic Irish whiskey.
