Maschsee Festival: Program for July 29

6:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.: Queer Wednesday

On the Maschsee stage on the north shore, the Puglikum audience can look forward to a diverse program featuring drag, live music, and DJs. Hannover-based drag artists Heidi Hoe and Fleur will bring glamour and entertainment to the stage. As a musical highlight, Jenny Thiele will bring her unmistakable sound—a blend of indie pop, electronic influences, and atmospheric soundscapes—to the Maschsee. The Cologne-based musician is one of the most exciting voices on the German-speaking indie scene and provides the perfect soundtrack. LUVE (Luisa Verführt) from Hannover will provide the electronic beats. As every year, Disko Jutta and Carrie Gold will host the evening. Both will also take over the DJ sets and transform the north shore into a colorful dance floor until 10 p.m.

6:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.: Ca Maiol Winery from Sirmione / Lake Garda

Upon request, the wines are served exclusively in magnum and double magnum bottles. These impressive large-format bottles underscore the exclusive nature of the evening and lend an Italian flair to the Maschsee.

Lindenblatt will be featured at the 2026 Maschsee Festival in partnership with Aresto. Together, Ferdi Simsek and Ferhan Ekinci will bring their many years of culinary experience to the north shore of Lake Maschsee.

2:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.: A variety of activities on the children's playground

• With fantastic creative activities from “Xie-Xie Leisure and Experiential Education for Children,” you can make wonderful party favors, get a temporary tattoo, and use your imagination to transform yourself into a lion, a princess, and much more with face painting.
• At “Hannover 96,” the soccer academy is where the young players of tomorrow are discovered! Alternatively, you can let off some steam at the dartboard.
• "Hannover Zoo" will be stopping by with the walking act Tatzi and will have some fun activities and little gifts in store.

Legal guardians are responsible for supervising the children. A coffee cart serves up delicious specialty coffees!

6:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m.: DJ Matrix

The weekend is just around the corner, and the workdays are numbered. That’s reason enough to start celebrating. DJ Matrix is kicking off the middle of the week with his unique, club-ready mix. 

Spanish-Mediterranean cuisine, tapas & paella

5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.: De Leineschippers from Hannoverr

The popular choir will once again delight and captivate the audience with highlights from the shanty scene and maritime tunes.

7:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.: Dancing by the lake

Dance your way across the dance floor to atmospheric songs and classics.

5:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m.: Forever Young

Grab your sunglasses, put on your dancing shoes, and get ready for the ultimate summer vibe!

7:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.: Janine Meyer

Attention Schlager fans: Here comes pure joy on stage! Janine Meyer captivates audiences with her voice, her energy, and the best Schlager songs to sing along to and dance to.

Dishes from more than 10 different countries: From the Food Highway to the Urban Garden and the Löwenbastion Show Plaza—there’s plenty to experience here! 

7:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.: Rockkantine

Rockkantine serves up a musical feast: rich guitar sounds, familiar songs, and plenty of live energy.
The cover band performs rock classics and modern favorites with their own unique twist and a lot of enthusiasm.
A rock-infused menu for everyone who loves live music and a great atmosphere.

3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.: Under Pressure Trio

With traditional Irish folk songs, popular pub classics, and rousing melodies, the musicians create an evening full of joy and good cheer.

The musical experience is complemented by a selection of traditional Irish specialties—from hearty Irish stew to Guinness, cider, and authentic Irish whiskey.
