Neustadt am Rübenberge

With an area of 357 square kilometers, the town of Neustadt am Rübenberge is the largest municipality in the Region Hannover in terms of land area. Over 44,000 residents live in its 34 districts. The municipality is predominantly agricultural and an important hub for wind energy. Highlights include Neustadt’s downtown area with its half-timbered houses and Landestrost Castle.
