Hannover Veranstaltungs GmbH (HVG) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Hannover Marketing und Tourismus GmbH.

Hannover Veranstaltungs GmbH was founded in 2011. It organizes the Maschseefest, the Glitterbox at the HCC, and the Herrenhausen International Fireworks Competition. It is also responsible for the curved dome lift at the New City Hall, the Old Town Flea Market on the Hohe Ufer, and the Children’s Flea Market on the lawn in front of the Lower Saxony State Parliament.

By organizing the Maschsee Festival and involving numerous local restaurateurs, the HVG makes an important contribution to strengthening Hannover as a business hub.
