Like Ballhof Eins, Ballhof Zwei is also home to the Hannover Youth Theater and the Hannover Youth Opera. Young people from various youth theater clubs also perform here regularly. In addition, Ballhof Zwei houses the Ballhof Café within the building.

Formerly

Ballhof Zwei was built in 1990 by Thilo Mucke as a polygonal, projecting corner building on Knochenhauerstraße. Initially, it served as a rehearsal stage for Ballhof Eins. Later, it was also used as a smaller venue for performances.
