Neustadt on the Rhine

With an area of 357 square kilometers, Neustadt am Rübenberge is the largest municipality in the Region Hannover by land area. Over 44,000 residents live across its 34 districts. The municipality is predominantly agricultural and serves as a major hub for wind energy. Highlights include Neustadt’s downtown area with its half-timbered houses and Landestrost Castle.
