Wedemark

The municipality of Wedemark is located in the northern part of the Hanover region. Unlike the other municipalities in the region, Wedemark was not named after a specific district, but rather after a historical and geographical landscape designation. The administrative seat is in Mellendorf. Just under 30,000 residents live here across 17 districts. The Sennheiser company is headquartered in the district of Wennebostel. The Brelinger Berg, with its geological nature trail, is an interesting destination for a day trip. Learn more at www.wedemark.de
