Wunstorf

The town of Wunstorf is located not far from Lake Steinhuder Meer. Its ten districts are home to approximately 41,500 residents. Among the largest employers are the Sigmundshall potash plant and the German Armed Forces’ Wunstorf Air Base. The Steinhuder Meer Nature Park, which extends into neighboring districts, offers many opportunities for day trips. More at www.wunstorf.de
